Hypolite Ndukauba Emenike is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with extensive experience across various sectors, including Professional & Financial Services, Exploration & Production, Cement & Construction, Marine, Oilfield Services as well as Real Estate Development. His meticulous attention to detail and expertise in both indigenous and multinational environments have been key to his success. Hypolite is diligent with a good numerical strength and a high sense of imaginative reasoning.
Hypolite holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt and has completed coursework towards a Masters in Accounting from the University of Lagos.He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), and a Fellow of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). Hypolite possesses expertise in Investment Analysis, Internal Audit & Controls, Risk Management, and Compliance, complemented by specialized training in Governance, Risk, and Compliance in Dubai and Oracle Financials in the USA. This expertise enables him to excel in internal reviews of processes and procedures by establishing good internal controls while rigorously identifying, analyzing, and assessing associated risks to develop effective mitigation strategies.
Hypolite started his accounting career with Alatta, Nzewi & Co Chartered Accountants, (now ANOC Professional Services) after which he worked at ICC Ltd, Eastern Bulkcem Co Ltd on supervisory levels. He joined Ogeyi Place Hotels Ltd as the Chief Accountant and later left for IGPES Ltd as the Finance Manager from where he joined BJ Services Ltd as The Senior Payables Accountant. He later moved to Petrolog Cal Dive Ltd as the JV Accountant before joining Energia Limited as a Head of Finance and rose to the position of a Risk Management & Internal Control Manager.
Hypolite is currently engaged by Techno Oil Limited as a Consultant-Chief Compliance Officer to provide leadership and drive compliance to processes and procedures with the ultimate view of enhancing efficient and effective controls that ensure the safeguard of the company’s assets.
He is married to Dr (Mrs) Ifeoma Emenike and they are blessed with children
